I enjoyed the second season of Sanditon even more than I thought I would. I really liked this new guy and the storyline with him, although the way the last episode ended was frustrating. I'm looking forward to the third season in which hopefully that particular dilemma will be resolved in a satisfactory manner.
I saw this at Target and thought it was cute π
And personally relevant!
Sam was being silly on a FaceTime call with me.
"poop" π
I saw this in a catalog. Pale pink roses are my favorite flower. π
While I was waiting in the car at the church while the boys were at their Young Men's activities, I saw these snow sticks on the ground, and they'd been there for weeks (if not months), so I picked them all up and put them by the storage shed that's out there. My good deed for the day was done. π
Side note: See that big tree leaning over in the right corner? I watched that come down right before my very eyes all on its own a couple of weeks ago when I was waiting in the car again during YM activities! It was pretty cool! Pictures to come when I do my June posts in August!
Also from that evening, here is sweet Violet in the backseat. This was when she was having her eye problems and didn't want to leave my side.
It was wonderful to have a normal Boston Marathon again! It starts right here in my town. This is the first time I'd seen it since we moved back here four years ago, and I have to admit, it brought a tear to my eye! I left the coverage on for most of the day.
Life goal accomplished: I finally made it into a magazine! This is a local magazine that I did some writing for last fall, and I hope to do more writing for them in the future. This goes out every month to people moving into several towns outside of Boston (like Concord and Lexington).
A lovely cake and cake stand ππ
I want to read this new book! Murder mysteries are my favorite, and of course I'm a longtime fan of Pride and Prejudice too!
