John's wrestling banquet was at the beginning of March. This picture has the high school and middle school teams in it so John AND Rocco are both in it. And next year, Sam will be too!
John's in the back left, Rocco's in the front left.
This was my last time at the temple before it closed for renovation work for over two months. I was really going to miss it.
I've come to love the temple, particularly the Boston Temple, so much over the last few years. I feel closer to Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the spirit world there more than I do anywhere else. Personal revelation and guidance for my life comes to me more clearly and powerfully there than anywhere else. I feel true peace, comfort, love, hope, and happiness there. My testimony of the the temple has grown by leaps and bounds since moving back to Massachusetts almost four years ago; for a long time in my life, I didn't really "get" the temple, and I didn't go very much. President Nelson's counsel has really helped change that for me. Now I go at least once a month, more if I can. I love the temple, and I can't wait to return (this week!).
A pretty, fluffy late winter snowfall. Most of the snow was gone later that day, but it really was pretty that morning.
Quick trip to the Cape for house business. Walking at the beach is always a great way to end a day.
Sam got a nice haircut and looked cute and handsome after, so I snapped some pictures.
Unfortunately he got a migraine soon after and that pretty much took him out for the rest of the day.
John, Shane, and Rocco at a hibachi grill for John's birthday.
John had a band concert in the auditorium where I graduated from high school right up on that stage. I love being back in my hometown because of things like this.
He's on the right with his trombone, somewhere back there!
