One more adventure from that now-thrice mentioned rainy Friday morning last July. When I was exploring around Brewster I found a pretty beach farther up the coast that I hadn't been to before. It was scenic and quiet and I don't think it's as well-known, so it was a good discovery to make.
A line of seagulls perched on the rocks.
Some people refer to seagulls as the rats of the sea, but I like them. They're resourceful, I like the sound of their squawky calls, and they have great taste in where to live and hang out.
I love this picture. 😍
Another rock outcropping. I'm not really sure what their purpose is but one guess is a property/beach divider for those who have private beach rights. I could be totally wrong about that. I'll try to find out this summer.
Lower tide = exposed sea grass
How cool would it be to have a house right there above the beach?
How cool would it be to have THIS house right there above the beach?!
As impressive as that house is, I don't think it can compete with the beautiful seascape before it!
